British Athletics - Ankle Mobility

British Athletics Sam Heathcote (Paralympic Strength & Conditioning Lead) takes us through an ankle mobility exercise with sprinter Charlie Carvell using the  Foam Wedges set

In the video, Charlie uses two 9° wedges, but to increase the range even more, you can stack them together and use that with the third 18° wedge.
