Keiser
Our Keiser Range
Smarter Solutions. Smarter Rehab.
Why Keiser?
Precision Control - Optimal loading and rehab for any condition
Keiser's innovative technology negates the effects of inertia and momentum when exercising - allowing clients to strengthen the body with significantly lower compressive, tensile and shear forces acting on joints, muscles, and soft tissue. These effects are felt regardless of speed and enable safe loading of the musculoskeletal system, eliciting both type 1 & 2 muscle fibre types.
Measurable - Instant feedback in your treatments
Keiser machines offer an objective measure of strength through a full range of motion. Collect instant feedback from your clients via the digital display that shows resistance, sets, repetitions, and peak power. Test protocols are built into each machine to allow clinicians to deliver strength
and performance testing for your clients.
Versatile - Effortless movement with infinite adjustability
Thumb buttons let you precisely control and alter resistance in increments from as little as 0.1kg, without changing position. Whether this is isotonic, isometric or heavy eccentric movements, resistance can be altered through movements allowing therapists to use Keiser with patients at any stage of injury.
Smarter Equipment - Smarter equipment, smarter rehab
With Keiser's advanced technology delivering superior treatment options, therapists have the confidence to progress clients from acute stages of injuries back to full function, post-operative rehab through to high-end sports performance. With the ability to improve the patient experience with instant feedback for your clients, Keiser can optimise your upsell opportunities for inclusion of group rehab exercise activities and tailored rehabilitation plans for selected client groups.
Education & Training - Strong foundations for a brighter future
Keiser’s in-house education team brings together leading experts and therapists from all over the world. Together, they have developed new approaches,
training resources and a strong global community to improve and master knowledge towards an evidence-based approach to exercise prescription, physiotherapy, sports rehab and performance.
Customer Feedback
Neurokinex Nationwide (Bristol) - Strength Equipment
“Keiser equipment has helped us explore and unlock the potential in our clients who are living with paralysis. It has enabled each client, no matter what their level of injury, to train in a body-weight load-bearing position. This enables them to acquire functional movement patterns that would not usually be accessible.
The pneumatic resistance allows us to provide assistance with challenging bodyweight exercises by offsetting a percentage of an individual’s bodyweight. This enables us to maximally load their neuromusculoskeletal systems safely whilst giving us the opportunity to work at high volumes of repetition, in the pursuit of neuroplastic change and recovery of function.
We believe that working with Keiser opens the doors to individuals who would otherwise be unable to utilise standard gym equipment. Keiser equipment brings a fantastic opportunity to offer our clients a varied and fully inclusive training system.”

Radcliffe Physio (Crewe) - Strength and Cardio Equipment
"We wanted to offer all our customers the same experience as our elite athlete clients and Keiser equipment has enabled us to achieve this accessibility by being adaptable enough to incorporate into small group training sessions. Keiser equipment is easy to use and fully adaptable to the exact functional positions required by our elite clients for their individual sports. For our general population clients, the output is second to none, and all movements can be adapted to be as simple or as hard as required.
Our trainers and clinicians are now providing a higher level of service than ever before – Keiser equipment has significantly enhanced their skill set and they all provide an enhanced clinical offering.
The machine aesthetic will take your clinic to a whole new level – smart, professional and a vital tool in enhancing your client's trust that they are in the best possible hands."
