These simple but effective professionally made, hard maple wooden massage balls, roll out tightness and promote flexibility in arch and forefoot, alleviating conditions of plantar fasciitis. You could use a golf ball but the Plantar Balls have a smooth surface and those who suffer from this condition would argue how effective these are at getting right to the area to alleviate the pain and tightness on the sole of the foot.

Received items very quickly . I’m working with them to help with my plantar fasciitis. I like the fact there are 2 sizes to use . I’m just hoping they help to rid me of this irritating condition. Time will tell . Nice and compact to take with you anywhere.

They are great. I am an athlete and found it difficult to relieve problem areas with conventional message balls. These are the smallest size I could find and they hit very small areas of muscle I would not otherwise be able to release. Great product.

Really good. I am not sure if I read properly the sizes but thought they would be a bit bigger. Anyway, very useful.

Pleased with the balls & quality.
However when parcel arrived I was a bit upset that the postage of £4.99 seemed to be just to pay for a catalogue you sent as the balls themselves were very small and not that heavy. I don't recall being asked if I wanted a catalogue or not.

I started to feel a change in my condition the first time I used the massage ball. Would recommend this product.

Brilliant product, very good value for money, really stretches fascia, reduces pain and promotes full ROM, stability. Client previously been using golf ball at their friends instruction but without success. Pain was reduced after just one use, client pronounced this product to have "miraculous ability"......say no more!

These little balls are fantastic, used them for the first time on my own feet yesterday & they feel so much better.
I will be recommending them to my clients!
