Terms & Conditions
- THE PROMOTER
- THE COMPETITION
- This competition is valid for entry at any time until 23:59 on 31st December 2026 UK time (“Competition Period”).
- 83 Golden Tickets (each imprinted with a unique winning code for one of the prizes set out in Part 4 below (Prizes)) will be randomly placed inside 83 copies of the new Physique 2024-2026 Catalogue (“Catalogue”).
- One Golden Ticket will be added to a Catalogue in our stock of Catalogues for despatch each week until all the Golden Tickets have been added. That Catalogue containing the Golden Ticket will then be randomly sent out to participants who qualify for the competition as set out below. Due to the totally random nature of this process it may be that a Catalogue containing a Golden Ticket is not sent out each week.
- To enter this competition, participants must request a copy of the Catalogue during the Competition Period either by (i) adding a Catalogue to a purchase order placed on the Promoter’s website located at https://www.physique.co.uk/ (“Promoter Website”); or (ii) submitting a Catalogue request by phone at 023 9247 1346 or via the online form at the Promoter Website.
- How to Enter: There are two (2) ways to enter, as follows:-
- To enter via qualifying purchase (“Qualifying Purchase Entry”):
During the Competition Period, participants may purchase any product(s) on the Promoter’s website located at https://www.physique.co.uk/ (“Promoter Website”). The Promoter will then dispatch the products ordered together with a copy of the Catalogue whilst stock lasts, please note the participant will have to select a catalogue at the checkout to be added to their order. There are no limits on the number of purchase orders and copies of Catalogues a participant may place and obtain under this Qualifying Purchase Entry route. Multiple Qualifying Purchase Entries from the same person or household are acceptable. - To enter without making a qualifying purchase (“Free Entry”):
During the Competition Period, participants may request the Promoter to send them a copy of the Catalogue by phone at 023 9247 1346 or via the online form at the Promoter Website. The Promoter will then dispatch a copy of the Catalogue whilst stock lasts. Please note there is a limit of one (1) entry per household under this Free Entry route. This means that each household can only request one (1) copy of the Catalogue without making a purchase under the Qualifying Purchase Route. Multiple Free Entries from the same person or household will be disqualified. Any participant found attempting to circumvent this condition for the Free Entry route by using alternative details will be disqualified.
- To enter via qualifying purchase (“Qualifying Purchase Entry”):
- Catalogues are subject to availability.
- Participants who find a Golden Ticket inside the copy of Catalogue they received (each a “Winner”) can claim the prize in accordance with Part 6 below (Claiming the Prizes).
- Each Golden Ticket can only be redeemed once by the Winner.
- No additional purchase is necessary for the Free Entry route and the Promoter does not charge for the Catalogues provided through either the Free Entry or the Qualifying Purchase Entry route.
