Returns Policy
If you need to return an item we'll happily offer a refund or exchange as long as this is within 28 days of delivery, in its original packaging and you have proof of purchase.
If the returned goods are used or dirty, we cannot refund the purchase amount.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns Process
Please complete a returns form and send the goods to:

If you need any assistance completing the form, please contact our customer service team and we will guide you through the return process.
As soon as we have received your return and we have processed it, you will receive a notification by email. The amount you have paid for the returned goods will be credited to your original payment method. This can take up to 10 working days.
If you have not received a confirmation email from us after 10 working days, please contact our customer care team so we can help you as soon as possible.
Products Returned For Exchange
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. From the date of contacting us, you must return the item within 14 days. You will need to pay for the return postage, the replacement will be sent free of charge to UK Mainland (up to 25kg).
Overseas exchanges will be charged shipping fees, which will be calculated based on item size, weight and delivery destination.
All returned items must be returned with their original packaging and with the completed returns form.
We aim to dispatch exchanged products within 2-3 working days of receiving the item(s) back at Physique. A confirmation email will be sent once the item arrives back at Physique. If we require additional funds for the exchange, we will contact you by email or phone.
Products Returned for Refund
If you would like to return an item for a refund, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. From the date of contacting us, you must return the item within 14 days. You will need to pay for the return postage.
All returned items must be returned with their original packaging and with the completed returns form.
Faulty Products
If a product develops a fault or is defective, please follow these instructions below:
- Email images and description of the fault with your order number to sales@physique.co.uk. A member of our team will contact you within 2-3 working days.
- If the product is within the manufacturer's warranty period and the fault is agreed to be a manufacturer's error, the returns postage will be covered by Physique.
Cancelling an Order
If you cancel an order after the item(s) have been dispatched, the returns postage is to be covered by the customer. If the customer would like to return the item/s for a refund, the postage fee will not be refunded.
