Floss bands are a special stretchable latex band, which is firmly attached to both sides of a respective joint by wrapping around the area to be treated.
Voodoo Floss Bands
Often referred to as Voodoo floss bands or compression bands, this extremely simple tool provides positive subjective changes to your joints and soft tissues through compressions, tension and movement.
When the joint is moved passively or actively the strong mechanical stimulus, which acts on the skin through the resulting forces, can help to inhibit the transmission of the sensation of pain to the spinal cord level.
The Voodoo Floss can be used really at anytime for warm up, cool down, and in between workouts.

- Move in CLOSED chain, loaded and exercise specific ranges of motion
