Excellent product gives long lasting relief to heel pain

I’ve given these 4 stars because they were well made and comfortable. Unfortunately I couldn’t wear them and had to get a refund as they were too big. The description on the website guides according to body weight for standard vs large sizes. On the actual packet it also guides according to shoe size. So just for reference the standard is for size 6 uk upwards. The site doesn’t offer these in a small due to lack of demand which is understandable. But as a size 3 they were way too big. I got in touch with customer services who were very helpful and received a refund so no complaints there. They have also said they will be updating the product description to include shoe size.

Disappointingly too soft for my needs, but probably my own fault for not researching market place adequately. Appeared a well-constructed product.

Suffering from an Achilles tendon injury since January and struggling to run

Excellent. My son who has Severs moaned at first due to his feet being slightly higher in his shoes and feeling 'weird' but I was firm, told him to try them and he never mentioned them for the rest of the day. When I asked he said he'd forgotten about them being in his shoes as he soon stopped noticing them. He now puts them in all his shoes as he has no pain when he uses them. Brilliant product. Very effective. I need to buy more.

This simple heel pad is easy to wear under a normal sock and dramatically reduces the impact on my tight and sore Achilles heel - allowing me to play tennis without pain

Great product. The cups provide great shock-absorbency and hold their shape really well which means they are easy to slip on before socks, or as I put my foot into a shoe. I found I could walk for longer periods of time pain-free, and wore them inside my socks even without shoes and they were still supportive.

When my son was diagnosed with Severs disease with a specialist, this product was pointed out to be successful and can help with the pain. Since my son wore these, the pain has gone from a 9 to 10 to a 1. The following scale being used.

1- No Pain

10 - Very Painful

Excellent when running but felt awkward when playing squash as it elevates the heel and I felt like I my foot was too high in my trainer (Salming Hawk), this of course isn’t a reflection on the product just the combination of both.

I had previously bought some insoles from another company and while they worked being a full size insole they took up too much space in my shoes causing tightness. The big difference with Tuli’s heel cups is that they just go on the heel almost completely relieving my discomfort and not taking up too much room. A brilliant product which I highly recommend.

I bought them for my sister who had damaged an Achilles’ tendon and found it very painful to walk. They helped enormously

Too hard on the heel where it was meant to give relief from severe heel pain. Money wasted.

Its a great product. They helped relieve the discomfort immediately. I would recommend this product to all people suffering from heal pain.

These heal supports are the best I've ever purchased. The air pockets beneath the surface make such a difference to my walking with plantar.

I will be purchasing more of these!

Works like a charm

These heel cups have relieved my foot pain and helped immensely. I vert much recommend them. It would be nice if they came in different colours..i e dark blue or black.

Not efficient in any way

Light weight and feels very comfortable under my sore heel.

Immediate relief. These are amazing!

Really helped my poor feet that have taken a beating in training recently. So comfortable and fit in any shoes. Felt a bit strange at first but I wouldn't go running without them now.
