Sadly within first few times the so,e was not sticky to the shoes and would come loose and fall out, and the top lining of the pads also came loose and would curl up making them uncomfortable. Very disappointed especially considering price plus very expensive delivery price on top

The shoe needs to be tightened securely to avoid slipping inside, you may find a full-length shock absorbing insole better for intense sports and activity use.

Sorbothane Heel Pads Large UK Size 9 - 12
For about two years I have suffered from Achilles tendinopathy which has caused me to reduce my running. The recommended stretching exercises have helped but the problem persists. I am now going to try Sorbothane Heel Pads in addition to continuing with the exercises. Have started back running this week following a break of a couple of months. Although the tendon aches afterwards, I can run OK. The heel pads fit snuggly and due to the adhesion on the underside, they do not move about within my trainers. I am pleased with the overall quality of the product. It's early days yet but I'm hopeful for the future.
