What is the Physique Wobble Air Cushion?

The Physique Wobble Air Cushion is an inflatable, extremely strong balance cushion that is designed to provide an unstable surface for strength and rehabilitation exercises. It also can be used to help aid better posture and core stability to ease and prevent pack pain.

Made from a robust and durable PVC material the balance cushion features a smooth side and a prickled. The smooth side provides an anti-slip surface while the prickled tiny bump side is designed to give a comfortable massage effect and stimulate sensory receptors.

Bought to help rehab after ankle injury and works well for balancing on one or both legs. Firmness can be increased using the gym ball pump which I also purchased. I use the smooth side with socks on but there is also a dimpled side which maybe you would wear shoes for.

provides the perfect platform for arabesques and releves

I am recovering from an ankle injury and this cushion is an ideal aid. I already had a wobble board but this is more manageable and feels a bit less like an "extreme sport"! The (inexpensive) gym ball pump which you recommend for it - and which I ordered at the same time - works fine as well, & I've not had a problem with deflation!

Great product - sturdy and easy to inflate. It does all that I need it to do.

Very good for balance; standing and sitting position.

The wobble cushion itself is of very good quality. It’s unfortunate however that the ad didn’t point out that it needed a pump! If it had been apparent then I’d have ordered it. Bad marketing.

Gt product v useful for core strength and balance

Absolutely no idea as I cannot pump up the pillow as NO instructions came with the hand air pump that I ordered! I finally saw a picture of how the pump should be put together and although I could get air into the cushion, as soon as I removed the pump, and even before I removed the pump, the air began leaking out and I had NO chance whatsoever to put the plug into the pillow! ALL A DISASTER!

Thanks for the review. The hole can be a bit tricky. When inflated quickly place a finger over the hole to help prevent the air escaping and then remove finger and quickly insert plug. Hope this helps.
