The pump works like a regular hand pump but has a dual action feature so when you pull the handle out it also pushes air out of the nozzle making inflating much easier and twice as quick. When the ball is fully inflated, quickly place a finger over the hole to help prevent the air escaping and then remove finger and quickly insert plug. If you're still unsatisfied, you can return the Ball Pump at our cost for a replacement or refund.

To inflate items with a plug the hole can be a bit tricky. When fully inflated, quickly place a finger over the hole to help prevent the air escaping and then remove finger and quickly insert plug.
