What is the Physique Gym Ball?

The Physique Gym Ball is a large inflatable ball designed to train performance at all levels while providing an unstable surface.

Made from a durable anti-burst PVC material with anti-slip rings positioned around the perimeter, to help prevent the ball from slipping when in use.

What can I use the Physique Gym Ball for?

One of the key benefits of a gym ball is its versatility. They can be incorporated into everyday workout routines to strengthen your core and to engage and tone multiple muscle groups. You can sit, lean and lie on the Gym Ball to undertake simple crunches, bridges, yoga, Pilates, planks etc. or use weights to advance workouts, training arms, shoulders and the chest.

Gym Balls can also be used as a rehabilitation or physiotherapy tool to help restore balance, strength, flexibility and strong posture following injury, operation or illness.

What does the Physique Gym Ball do?

The instability of the Physique Gym Ball engages multiple muscle systems, uses the body’s natural processes to restore balance and flexibility and boosts core muscle activation.

It’s designed with an anti-burst material, making it safer to use, as the ball will not explode if punctured. It also features ribbed surfaces for extra grip and stability when completing different exercises.

Great product, it doesn't feel like it will pop when you sit on it.

Pros - The ball is about right for 65cm
It seems robust and has a slightly sticky surface to make it non slip
It a nice Royal Blue Colour and pumped up easily
Cons - Its heavier than I expected it to be, but that's my personal preference
I dont particularly like the sticky surface, though again its personal preference and might help people to feel more secure

Am happy with purchase, however it came with no instructions. I was nervous of it bursting before reaching full size, fortunately plenty of reassurance on You Tube.

I received the product at the appointed time. The product was well packed and arrived in perfect condition. The ball was exactly as described and has definitely benefitted my rehabilitation programme.

Not had a chance to use it yet. Looks good when pumped up, Had to use a foot pump though.. It would be too long & tedious with a hand pump.

New to using a fitball so nothing to compare it with.
Pumped it using a cycle track pump so not necessary to buy little hand pump.
Seems strong and durable.

The Ball is good, lacks instructions how to inflate and what the fittings are meant to fit.

Good strong gym ball and easy to inflate. Ideal for my height and will be very useful during the next month or two for home exercises.

Perfect and very fast delivery

Prompt delivery. Ball easy to inflate but I can’t get it to 65cm . First inflation it got to 55cm and when I emailed physique they advised to deflate it and inflate again as the ball has been squashed flat for some time. This worked to some extent and it’s now 60cm. I’m happy with the ball, it’s very sturdy but would have been good to have had the above instructions with the purchase.

Thanks for the review. Often the rubber needs to 'warm-up' so it will inflate to the correct size. The best way to do this is to inflate, leave for a couple of hours then inflate further to the required size. This will allow the thick rubber material to stretch to the correct size.

Thanks for the review. Sorry to hear the ball seems to be deflating a bit quicker than usual. The stopper should prevent air from escaping during use, please ensure this is inserted securely to the ball. You may need to top up with air every 3-5 days depending on frequency of use.
