Didn't have a thingy for sticking in the door with it. Very good for exercise but terrible quality plastic handles that break easily with use, requiring periodic replacement. I would pay more for tougher handles because it's a really handy bit of kit.

great band but the quality of the plastic hand grip tubing grips lets it down. Having said that they do work well, just felt like every thing was so good then there is cheap tubing to finish

Good quality but not long enough. I'm 5ft 11 and couldn't do some exercises that require you to stand on the bands and raise arms above head for traps/lats.

Thanks for the feedback. The external tubing does restrict the resistance cord being stretched too far. This is designed to help prolong the life of the bands as well as offering protection against latex. They still offer a good range of exercises but for taller users a full stretch standing exercise may be limited.
