Made from a non-woven 100% Rayon fabric, it’s far stronger than standard cotton zinc oxide tapes. This, combined with its highly adhesive qualities, make it ideal for offering support and even immobilising joints or muscles. Moreover, as Rayon fabric is water, sweat and dirt repellant, it means Tiger Tan Tape Zinc Oxide can be worn for longer periods of time.

The serrated edges also make it easy to tear both width and lengthways, without the need for scissors. Making it a perfect addition to any kit bag.

What is Tan Zinc Oxide tape used for?

Tiger Tan Zinc Oxide is typically used to help prevent common sports injuries for shoulders, ankles, elbows, knees and other extremities.

It can also be used to support muscles by stabilising injured ligaments surrounding the muscle.

Extra strong Zinc Oxide taping is also used to limit movement or even fully immobilise joints following injury.

Perfect product, meets expectations and requirements. My son (19 years) had the top of his ear detached and required 14 stitches. The club won’t let him out on a pitch without his head being bandaged. He uses the tape without the underlay so that it stays in place for the duration of the match.

I'm guessing a very good product for a lot of applications, but less so for mine. I use it on my wrist, then use my wrist for climbing or building all day. Although it doesn't stretch - which is it's main job! - the adhesive doesn't last as long as the strappal tape. It is skin coloured though, which means I attract less comment, which is always a winner.

Exactly as described. Thinner material than I thought but very sticky and easy to tear. Great amount of tape on the roll too. Ideal for taping my ankles.

This is the brand my physio uses for my plantar fasciitis and it's brilliant. Unlike other sports tapes ive used in the past, it actually stays stuck down for mutliple days. You can shower in it and it dries easy enough whilst staying in place.

One thing we noticed over the years of supplying tape is that it should be stored at room temperature for the adhesive to stick properly. If it is stored in a vehicle or a cold room, the glue becomes less tacky.

Great product holds in place well and does not come off

Really great tape, holds up my arch really well. Sticks too well if anything. Saved a trip to the waxers.

Good tension provided and great adhesive.
Only drawback is that because it is strong, the adhesive sticks to your socks and stays on your feet/skin for days

Excellent communication and speed of deivery

I use this tape to support my ankle following a chronic Syndesmotic injury. It’s strong, durable and gives the support I need. It’s dispatched quickly and makes life a little easier.

Efficient service and reasonable price. Delivery expensive for a small item.
The langth of sticking of the tape is disappointing - 1 to 2 hours on foot.

Thanks for the review. Feet can be a tricky one due to the amount they can sweat. We advise using a fixation tape on the foot first, Hypafix is a good one, then apply Tiger Tan Tape over the top. Also, a bit of Tape Adhesive works wonders for taping feet.

Great product! Does what it promises. The best tape for rugby by far!

I was trying to find a supplier of Leukotape and Physique were the cheapest place I could find. I read the review at the bottom of the page where Physique recommended Tiger Tape as an alternative. At half the price I took a gamble.
Tiger tape is superb. I use it on my feet to stop blistering when running. I did 12 miles at the weekend through wet forest and fields, and the tape stayed put. Provides just as much protection as the Leukotape and id buy Tiger Tape again instead as it saved me £5 and worked just as well.

Bought this for my daughter who had an ankle injury from playing netball and is now required to tape her ankle whenever she plays. In the past, she has used Mueller Leukotape P but this was recommended to me. I'm afraid it got the thumbs down from my daughter for not being sticky or stiff enough support; it came off during her three hour training session and she had to re-tape so we will be going back to the Leukotape P again!

Thanks for the review. Sometimes where the tape is stored can affect the adhesive. if you keep the tape at room temperature it should work fine, exposure to hot or cold conditions can affect the stickiness of the tape.

Very pleased to have found a good alternative to leukotape p.
We use a lot at our clinics so this will certainly save us valuable money from our budget.
