I have a deformed foot and was looking for something to help cushion and grip the heel of my foot in my running shoes, also to reduce wear on the inside of the shoe from my foot slipping while running. I wasn't sure what thickness of foam I needed so I bought the mixed pack. The foam is very soft so fits well inside the heel of my trainer and the backing is very sticky so once it place it doesn't move despite it being used to help hold the trainer on while I run.

The foam lasted about 7 half hour runs before I needed to replace it due to wear, but it did everything I needed, i.e. it helped grip my heel and seems to have prevented the wear I normally get inside the shoe.

I have only tried the 5mm foam so far, which fits nicely. I will give the 7mm a try at some point but at the moment I can say that I will be ordering more of one of them when I've used what I have.

Great product, so much better than the equivalent from Amazon and a comparable price.

I have fat pad atrophy in my feet and after many years of different Podiatrists I found this product on my own.

I use orthotics and place a foam pad In the area of pain which has now reduced massively. The adhesive is not too strong and one pad lasts for five days taking it off at night.

I haven't used it yet but it looks and feels as I expected .. so only leaving a star out due to not having it stuck on anything yet so cannot say on adhesiveness and how the foam lasts

Perfect. I wanted the foam to put in my running shoes as my physio had done in a previous pair. It is easy to cut and sticks down well. The sheets are large and I bought the pack with one each of both 5mm and 7mm thicknesses. I can build them up as required as they also stick together well.

Standard delivery was really quick too.

The material is easy to work with,and it does exactly what it says on the tin. It is also "sticky" enough to not cause problems with falling off but is also easy to remove when required
