Physique fitness bands are simple versatile tools designed to help correct body positioning when stretching. no stronger than the yellow band that I already had. However, the product does not smell like so many other bands which is good. I tried to buy a stronger blue band but they no longer sell individual bands.

Thank you for your feedback on this product. We sell individual resistance bands in 5 colour variations and 3 different sizes. Each colour represents a different level of resistance. It may be that a band with a higher resistance strength will be better suited to your needs.

Great product, I use these bands all the time for rehabbing injuries. I can cut it to the size I want so I find it very versatile.

Product as required but think postage could have been reduced and as a consequent wouldn't buy from them again.

Very slippery and difficult to grip - disappointed with the product

The band has an appropriate amount of tension and comes with a leaflet clearly showing a range of exercises you can do.

I have not used it very much but so far I am very pleased with this fitness band. I wasn’t sure which strength to go for so took the advice on the product description. Perfect for me! It is wider and longer than similar products on the market making it good for getting hold of and working with. All round very please I spent the extra.

The fitness band is of good quality and inexpensive and delivery was fast. What I object to however is the high postage charge - double the cost of the band - when the weight was only grams. Of course, the enclosed and unnecessary (to me) catalogue was the culprit.
