Elastiband

The Elastiband is an effective tool for a range of uses; it can be used for Pilates due to it being a stretch resistance band, it can also be used in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation or simply for stretching and doing simple at-home workouts. It is an all-in-one rehabilitation stretch and mobility solution that is washable (30°), portable and reusable. It is designed to workout each core muscle group through a series of resistance exercises:

Buttocks.
Abdominal muscles.
Thighs.
Arms.
Back.
Pectoral muscles.

Available in three strengths, giving greater resistance from beginner through to a more advanced workout regime.

I thought it’s more elastic.

convenient to take with me wherever I am going.

Product was absolutely fine however the p & p was ridiculous for such a light item, perhaps not sending the giant catalogue that I didn’t request would have been not only a saving for me but a help to the environment!! Straight I’m the bin. What a waste.

Great product. Robust and easy to use in my Pilates classes. My clients all enjoy using these bands.

I’m using this band to strengthen my shoulder after a rotator cuff injury. It’s got good resistance and I can hook it easily over the door handle to do my exercises.

Item as described and arrived promptly. Great communication from Physique - first class seller.

Works well but a bit shorter than expected.

Item is exactly as detailed. Great item and very good quality for the relative cost. My 6-year old is using this in her gymnastics class and loves it! Very bright and not easy to mislay - so i love it too! Great item and great cost. Would recommend.
