The Pro Mat is our top of the range mat for all forms of exercise and therapy. 15mm thick exercise mat features the best support for both spines and knees. Double sided offering a slight variation in practice surface and will not slide on the floor. Made from recyclable TPE which is closed cell impermeable foam which is hygienic and PVC Free.

Dimensions: 180cm x 60cm x 15mm. Weighs: 2.5kg. Available in Blue.

Best mat for Pilates I've found.

Im 6’4” the mat size was perfect and the extra thickness well worth the money, the ribbing on both side is sufficient to prevent foot or mat slip whatever the surface.
