I was undecided whether to purchase because of the cost but after the usual odd feeling at first they seem to be helping more than my last hospital pair which were causing my toes to become deformed causing hammer toes. My toes are now straightening out so less pain. So I am pleased so far.

It really helped me with the pain relief of plantar fasciitis when walking I don’t think I can live without these orthotics ever again. Expensive but worth it

I've been wearing a pair of these for months now, as suggested by my physiotherapist, to correct knee, hip and neck pain. Pain gone in all three places! It's important to make sure you get the right sort of shoe insert for your problem, so be careful, but the build quality of mine is superb... so I've ordered two more pairs so I don't have to keep swapping them from shoe to shoe! These are comfortable, not too hard under the arch of your foot and provide enough support to help with my over pronation. They are true to size. They fit in my trainers and walking boots really nicely with the original insole taken out but in my wellies and shoes that I can't take the insole out of they don't work as it makes them too tight. Overall happy with the product.

The insoles were introduced to me by my chiropodist. Wearing them greatly improved my posture and reduced the pain in my knees to minimum. They do what the description says. The only downside is that they wore out after about 8 months but, fortunately, I found them on this website at a decent price. Thank you
