Great for my partner who has acute osteoarthritis. He has fused ankles and neuropathy in the balls of his feet. These insoles steady his feet, put them at a better angle, support the arches and take the pressure off the balls of his feet. Excellent product and a fantastic company. I would not buy insoles anywhere else.

I must say I was a bit sceptical at first of the claims made that this would be any different from some much cheaper products.

But after having purchased an insole for a third of the price and having tried it for a couple of weeks I found it to be useless at alleviating the pain in my foot.

So I bit the bullet and purchased this fairly expensive insole and being a canny Scot this was something I found hard to justify at the time. But anyone with the symptoms of Planter will understand after a while you will try anything.

However, having now worn the product in my walking boots for a couple of weeks I find that it does indeed live up to the blurd in the advert. I walk some 5 to 8 miles a day with my dog and although this product does not eliminate the pain of Plantar Fascitis it does help reduce the discomfort and I find on returning home I'm not in agony any more.

Yes, I would recommend this product but don't look for a miracle cure you still have to adopt whatever other type of exercise or medication you take.

Excellent insole no pain in husbands foot once in use. He noticed the difference when he wore shoes without them.
