Banded Ankle Mobilisation

Sometimes dorsiflexion (or the motion of your ankle joint that brings your toes towards your shin) can become restricted which can lead to other ankle problems.

In this video, Liam Coffey from Muscle Doctor demonstrates some causes for restricted dorsiflexion and a technique for helping to mobilise your ankle through banded ankle exercises using Physique mini bands.

Liam used the Physique Mini Bands during the exercise and a Foot with Ligaments anatomical model to demonstrate dorsiflexion in an ankle.
