This provides great support either side of the knee cap, adjustable as required. Like most things, it takes a few days to stretch and soften up but once through that phase it is comfortable to wear all day.

`unfortunately this product did not deliver the support `I needed. Will continue using K Tape as it gives me the support I need. Sent them back and am still awaiting reimbursement.
