Physique Mini Bands

The Physique Mini Bands are the perfect resistance bands for your daily training and regular workouts. Made from high-quality material, these mini resistance bands will offer the desired resistance and difficulty levels that will be best suited to your physical needs and wants.

Also known as Glute Bands, Mini resistance bands are great for exercising your muscles and tendons as they provide concentric training to specific areas and help in building up mobility and strength for your body.

Versatility

They are also very versatile, as they can be used to train and exercise the thighs, glutes, shoulders, back and many more targeted muscle areas. Multi-functional, these mini resistance bands are ideal for warm-up exercises as they can activate the muscles. They are also perfect for rehabilitation exercises and can help in re-building muscle areas.

I thought this band as a 'level 2' band would be a bit less resistant so I have returned them to swap with level 1 yellows. They are not really strong, but stronger than I expected given that this is at the low end

Perfect resistance to use for leg and arm exercises, still getting a burn but without compromising form

Each band is a different strength. It depends on user which band is most suitable for various exercises. Generally the lighter bands are more appropriate for upper body exercises and the stronger bands are more suitable for lower body.

Resistant and versatile, there’s SO many exercises you can do with mini loop bands, highly recommended.

Work well. Only one of them was printed, they work great just looked like they had tried to save money on printing and therefore they look cheaper, also you don't know which is which level

Thanks for your review. we apologise the bands were different to the image. We have not tried to save money on printing. At the time of the order we were experiencing stock restrictions from our supplier due to Covid-19, which meant the band may be slightly different than advertised. This was stated in the product description.

Quality material so it doesn't slip and keeps its stength for a long duration. Very tough so is great for progressive exercises or high resistance.

As described

I do love the band's (green and blue). I wish I had got the black now but layering the blue and green works ok. My only gripe was the cost of shipping compared to the great value of the product. I work in a distribution company for beauty product and equipment so am familiar with shipping costs. Niggled me slightly. To be clear am very happy with the product.

Just what I was hoping they’d be - a comprehensive, compact pack of bands for a thoroughly good upper and lower body resistance workout during lockdown!
