Optimise Blood Flow Retention Training with the Vascular Doppler
In BFR training a Vascular Doppler is used to ensure that the correct level of blood flow restriction is achieved. By monitoring blood flow velocity in the restricted limb, trainers can adjust the tightness of the tourniquet or cuff to maintain a specific level of blood flow.

Occlusion Cuff PRO® Arm Unit
I used The Occlusion Cuffs to recover from an injury in 2019 and it played a pivotal part in accelerating my recovery and helping me secure my position at Tokyo Olympic Games. The Occlusion Cuffs helped me to build muscle in my legs during a period when my foot was in a boot. Ultimately they helped speed up my rehabilitation. I highly recommend them to anyone recovering from injury.

Occlusion Cuff PRO® Arm Unit
I first got The Occlusion Cuff in 2019 after I broke my thumb in a boxing fight. When I was injured I was losing my mind as I initially was unable to train to the extent that I was familiar with. However, when I discovered The Occlusion Cuffs I was amazed as it helped me to build muscles in my arms even though I couldn't lift heavy weights. The Occlusion Cuffs helped accelerate my recovery process. When my period of immobilisation had finished I gained significant muscle size and strength that I was able to be fast tracked back into my traditional boxing training. I would recommend this to anyone in sport that is looking to accelerate their return back from injury.
