What is Ultrasound Gel?

Ultrasound Gel is a water-soluble, hypoallergenic and long-lasting gel that is acoustically suitable for a range of different frequencies.

What can I use Ultrasound Gel for?

Recommended for all procedures where a viscous gel is required, the Ultrasound Gel may be used for ultrasonic diagnosis, ultrasonic therapy, ECG, EEG, EMG and defibrillation.

What does Ultrasound Gel do?

The Ultrasound Gel creates a bond between the skin and the ultrasound, providing a clearer image or diagnostic ultrasound or a therapeutic medical ultrasound.

To clean and protect your therapy furniture from ultrasound gel we recommend having couch roll and surface wipes available. Couch covers and towels will also help to prevent mess.
