Does what it says. I can leverage pressure by turning my wrist rather than risking compressing my thumb joints. I'm a little hypermobile and still had no issues with it. I tend to use it sparingly. It makes certain maneuvres like going in behind tight shoulder blades much easier.

Really struggling to use this! The curve to support your thumb is very curved so my thumb is hyper extended just to sit in that groove. It is very painful then to put pressure on my thumb in that alignment. There is no way of using this with my thumb in a neutral alignment. So I'm sad to say it is unusable.

As I have an arthritic thumb purchased the therapist thumb to allow more pressure to be applied and it certInly does the trick. Can also be used with index finger to apply more pressure for awkward areas. Good service and speedy delivery.
