Designed to help you prepare for events and reduce the risk of strains and other soft tissue injuries, Physique Sports Balm gives a gentle and lasting feeling of warmth to the skin to keep muscles and tendons warm, helping them function optimally.

With the good old-fashioned ‘changing room’ aroma, our sports balm contains Wintergreen Essential Oil.

How to use Physique Sports Balm

Massage into muscles, tendons and joints to give a warming

Not to be used on children under 10 years of age, anyone taking blood thinning medication or anyone who is allergic to Aspirin. Not to be used by pregnant women.

I was hoping for the balm to create more warmth for the muscles but it is a bit mild.

Great product when you need to warm up muscles and feels quiet long.

Smells very strongly of deep heat, which I wasnt expecting but is fine after the initial shock to the nostrils! Rubs into the skin very quickly so best suited to shorter treatments.

Nice feel but one of my clients thought the smell was too line a football room! Wintergreen smell is quite strong, however I don’t mind it!

The product is great but the packaging seems to have changed and there is now no restrictor in the bottle so it goes everywhere when you only want a little on your hands. Can you sell me some bottles with the restrictor on them like most of your products contain?

I have used this product for a long time now and i always get a good response from clients after use.

Easy to apply with a sustainable warmth without the burning sensation present in other “warm-up” balms . Fairly pungent but never unpleasant

Thanks for the feedback and sorry to hear the Sports Balm was a little too runny. We have not had any issues with the balm and we supply this to professional sports teams with great feedback. Not sure where your balm has been kept however we recommend storing the balm in cool conditions as it can become runny in hot conditions.

Sports balm is warming but not with an overly strong after odour

I am more than happy to write a review on this product.
I was first introduced to it when doing a sports therapy course at N.E.W. College. and qualifying as a Sports Therapist in 2004.
I am now retired, but a life time of sports has left me with a few ailments. The use of this balm has been invaluable in the relief of those ailments. Most Notably, about 2/3 years ago my back went.
I currently have a pretty good GP but even she was unable to help with the severe pain and the remedial work required.
The pain was so great that I struggled to get out of bed. And for a sports man that was well used to pushing myself through the pain barrier, that pain had to be severe.
If it was not for my knowledge of sports therapy, rehab. and exercises, the use of this Balm and the use of the hot/cold packs supplied by this company, I would have been in severe trouble.
In addition to this I have used it on quite a few Patients with muscular problems. All have found it beneficial.

Excellent for pre-activity. Warms through to the joints without the over strong smell that you get with Deep Heat.
