I bought one of these previously, and it lasted about 5 years. When it eventually died, I bought a different product, £20 cheaper, which lasted just over 2 years. So I just bought another one of these, as it is much better quality. Highly recommended :-)
The only suggestion I would make is this: the cable, where it meets the appliance, should be reinforced, it's the weakest link. I do mainly mobile treatments and this wears out on the go, and eventually breaks, however careful you are. It is a shame to replace the appliance because the cable is broken.
