Who are the British Chiropractic Association?
- Founded in 1925, the British Chiropractic Association (BCA) represents over 50% of UK chiropractors and is the largest and longest established association for chiropractors in the United Kingdom.
- The BCA have implemented campaigns regarding awareness of many modern technologies and the injuries that can result from them, such as RSI from smartphone and laptop use.
- They also launched ‘Straighten Up UK’; an exciting programme designed to improve posture and help prevent back pain by promoting balance, strength and flexibility in the spine.
- As well as representing UK chiropractors, the BCA also has advice available on their website on different aspects of everyday life. Many titles will include an advice video and all have a downloadable advice sheet.
