BASRaT

Who are BASRaT?

BASRaT is the regulator and membership association for Sport Rehabilitators in the UK. We are the only dedicated membership body in the field to have a register that is Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care, the UK's top medical regulator.
Having this recognition provides assurance to the public and employers that professionals on the BASRaT register have undergone appropriate education and work to a code of practice.
BASRaT advocates the improvement of health through Physical Activity. Sport Rehabilitators help people suffering from musculoskeletal pain, injury or illness as well as maintaining their health and fitness, recover from and prevent injury and reduce pain using exercise, movement and therapy.
