England Netball Taping Series – ACL Taping Tutorial

ACL Injuries and tears are one of the most common injuries in Netball. Taping the ACL after injury or while rehabbing can add extra support as it heals.

We worked with England Netball on this video where England Netball Pathway Physiotherapist, Nick Carpenter-Brooks, shows us one example for taping the ACL using Tiger Tapes available from Physique.

While this video shows a great example of knee taping we recommend you don’t try to tape yourself unless you are medically trained and always seek medical advice for injuries.

This video is part of our England Netball Taping Series which demonstrates a range of taping techniques and tutorials for netball.
