England Netball Taping Series – Achilles Tendinopathy Kinesiology Taping Tutorial

Rolling an ankle or ankle sprains happen often in Netball. A lot of netball players like to have their ankles taped before going into training or a match to provide a bit of extra support on the court.

In this video we worked with England Netball and Nick Carpenter-Brooks, Pathway Physiotherapist, to demonstrate one way to tape an ankle for Achilles Tendinopathy using Tiger Tapes available from Physique.

While this video shows a great example of taping for Achilles tendinopathy, we recommend you don’t try to tape yourself unless you are medically trained and always seek medical advice for injuries.

This video is part of our England Netball Taping Series which demonstrates a range of taping techniques and tutorials for netball.
