British Athletics - Hamstring Activation

British Athletics Sam Heathcote (Paralympic Strength & Conditioning Lead) takes us through a hamstring activation exercise (flutter kicks) with sprinter Charlie Carvell using a purple Power band

Using Power bands, they show us a set of flutter kicks on a rack. Importantly, for maximum activation of the target muscle groups, Sam encourages Charlie to keep a straight torso (bridge) which also helps enhance core stability.
