What is Couch Roll?

Couch roll is a paper towel roll used for Massage Tables and Therapy Tables to provide a protective and sanitizing layer between clients and the surface that is being worked on. Massage and Therapy Couches usually have a relatively soft surface but movement on the table from treatments and massages can cause skin irritation from friction so Couch Roll adds that extra bit of comfort. This 50m couch roll is our best-value disposable paper roll designed to keep various surfaces clean and protected. It’s made from 100% recycled material, making it a great eco-friendly alternative to PVC Couch Covers.

What can I use Couch Roll for?

Couch Roll is great for maintaining cleanliness, improving hygiene, and reducing the risk of contamination. It can also protect couches and treatment beds from spills and stains when using massage oils, lotions and creams.

Couch Roll can be used for a number of different applications but is predominately found in healthcare settings such as clinics, medical centres, dental practises, and hospitals.

It can also be used to improve sanitation in beauty salons, sports centres and tattoo and piercing studios, along with your other Clinic and Hygiene Essentials such as Hand Sanitiser, Gloves and Face Masks.

What does Couch Roll do?

Using a Couch Roll Holder, this hygienic 108 double ply paper roll can be secured to your Massage Couch or Therapy Table for easy rolling and placement over the bed. It is perforated at 37cm intervals, making it easy to tear off at the desired length for added consumption control, giving you enough paper for approximately 22 standard length couches.

Once in place, the couch roll creates a barrier between the patient or client and the couch, lowering the risk of contamination between appointments.

A little tricky to rip off sheets so you end up with a lot of uneven pieces of the paper that ends up looking messy during use. However, it is sturdy and quite tough when client lies down on it.

The quality of the couch rolls has greatly improved since I last ordered: the paper is now thicker and no longer "glued down" at the beginning of the roll for several sheets.
(It is also good for domestic use(!) and much more economical than buying ordinary kitchen paper towels)

couch roll is ok, however i do struggle a little with the perforations - i always end up ripping into the paper

Product was exactly as ordered and delivered when stated

A little disappointed in the quality of this - decided to buy from Physique rather than amazon as they are specialists but this paper feels thin and the tear strips are not always aligned.

Slightly rough texture and difficult to get a new roll started off due to how they're glued down but generally good enough strength not to keep tearing

Awful - the 2 ply doesn’t stick together and you end up losing half of the roll as it is different lengths.
Physique assured us when ordered that they had changed supplier - however that doesn’t seem to be the case.

This is perfect for my needs. I like the blue colour and the joy that it is made from recycled paper. I use it as an energy therapist so my clients don't have to turn over so it holds up well with the minimal movement. I would recommend it happily

Absolutely useless. Noisy and a third as good as previous paper roll. It’s great that physique are providing recycled paper roll but not great that it takes 4 times as much paper to use.

An essential hygiene product - this one works. It is strong enough not to tear easily underneath clients or when used with cologne for removing oily residues. The texture and 'feel' is pleasant for use next to even delicate skin.

Hi, I have recently changed to Physique for the supply of my couch rolls as they were cheaper than my current supplier… and they are 50 metres long!
I was even more impressed when I found out how soft they were compared to my previous couch roll supplier, I found the older ones were a lot coarser, and would ruffle a lot when clients would lay on them or move around! Err...
Thoroughly recommend these! :)
