Why are Biotone products out of stock?

We have been informed by Trading Standards that Biotone products do not comply with current UK and EU legislation, so they are not allowed to be sold within the EU. 

What was the issue with the Biotone products?

The issue is around labelling and registration on a notification portal.

What are Physique Management doing to resolve this?

Biotone are aware of the non-compliances and that these points need to be rectified before Biotone products can legally be placed onto the market within the EU.

We are working with Biotone to address these points and will keep you informed of their progress.

When will Biotone products be back in stock?

Unfortunately, we do not have a definite date. We are in continuous contact with Biotone and will keep you posted.

You still want Biotone products, so where can you buy them?

Unfortunately, we can only pass on the information we have been given by Trading Standards about selling Biotone products.

What is the best alternative?

Generally, the choice of brand/product is determined by the practitioners choice of massage medium and it is all down to personal preference.
