Terms and Conditions
1. THE PROMOTER
The promoter is Physique Management Company Limited (“Promoter”) of Solar House, 915 High Road, North Finchley, London, N12 8QJ.
2. THE COMPETITION
2.1 The title of the competition is WIN A 'Fully Equipped Physique Sports First Aid Kit' and 2 'Drinks Packs' with a bottle carrier.
2.2 Your chance to win a Fully Equipped Physique Sports First Aid Kit and 2 Drinks Pack with a bottle carrier by entering the competition Twitter, Facebook or Instagram as per the requirements below.
(a) If entering via Instagram entrants must like @physiquemgmt on instagram AND tag a friend in the comments of the competition's post.
(b) If entering via Facebook entrants must like @physiquemgmt on Facebook AND tag a friend in the comments of the competition's post.
(c) If entering via Twitter entrants must like @physiquemgmt on Twitter AND tag a friend in the comments of the competition's post.
2.3 The competition will run from 10:00AM on 1st July 2021 (the "Opening Date") to 11.59pm on 31st July (the "Closing Date").
2.4 All competition entries must be received by the Promoter via the methods listed at section 2.2 no later than 23.59 on the Closing Date. All competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
2.5 No purchase necessary and there is no charge to register for use of the website.
2.6 The Promoter will not accept responsibility for competition entries that are lost or delayed regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
2.7 By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2.8 One winner will be picked at random each month. The decision of the panel of judges (acting reasonably) will be final.
2.9 The Promoter will send the full names of the judges to anyone who writes within one month after the Closing Date of the competition requesting details of the judges and who encloses a self-addressed envelope to the address of Physique Management.
3. ELIGIBILITY
3.1 The competition is only open to all residents in the UK [aged 18 years or over], except:
(a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
(b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or
(c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
3.2 In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
3.3 The Promoter will not accept competition entries that are:
(a) automatically generated by computer;
(b) completed by third parties or in bulk;
(c) illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;
(d) incomplete.
3.4 There is no limit on how many times a person can enter, however, a different person must be tagged in each comment for it to count.
4. THE PRIZE
4.1 Prize is one Fully Equipped Sports First Aid Kit.
4.2 There is no cash alternative for the prize.
4.3 The prize is not negotiable or transferable.
5. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
5.1 The winner of the competition will be announced in News section of www.physique.co.uk on the 5th August 2021 at 1pm GMT ("Announcement Date").
5.2 The decision of the judges nominated by the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
5.3 The Promoter will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable after the Announcement Date, using the social media platform through which your entry was submitted.
5.4 The Promoter will send the name and county of the winner to anyone who writes within one month after the Closing Date of the competition requesting details of the winner and who encloses a self-addressed envelope to the address set out in condition 1 OR A list of Winners can be viewed on www.physique.co.uk.
6. CLAIMING THE PRIZE
6.1 Please allow 15 working days for delivery of the prize after closing date of competition.
6.2 The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed their prize within 28 days of the Announcement Date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.
6.3 The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.
7. DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY
7.1 If you are the winner of the competition, you agree that the Promoter may use your name, image and town or county of residence to announce the winner of this competition and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.
7.2 You further agree to participate in any reasonable publicity required by the Promoter.
7.3 By entering the competition, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the competition entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition.
8. GENERAL
8.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
8.2 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
8.3 These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law.
