The Physique Max Reusable Hot & Cold Pack is our biggest reusable hot or cold gel pack, designed to treat larger body parts such as the back, shoulderss, legs are arms. Simply heat in the microwave or freeze in the freezer, to provide heat therapy or ice cold therapy when treating a wide range of injuries, pain and discomfort. 

Easy to use and provides long-lasting hot or cold therapy, the Max size is 25% bigger longer than our standard hot or cold pack. 

Suitable for use on all ages to provide effective pain relief, our hot and cold pack is an extremely useful addition to any first aid kit. Great to keep at home, office or for your sports team and any other activity where knocks and bumps occur. A quick and effective cold compress or heat pack to help reduce swelling and inflammation. .

This sleeve is designed to be used as a cover for hot and cold packs. It works by providing a protective barrier between the skin and the Hot and Cold Pack. Our hot and cold pack sleeve is a must-have for any sports therapists, physios or sports medicine professionals who use ice packs frequently. 

Hot and cold pack covers can be particualrly useful for people with sensitive skin and are also strongly advised for use on children when applying an ice pack or heat pack. 

It's made from higher grade fabric than non-woven hot and cold sleeves/covers and comes with a strap which makes securing or attaching your ice pack even easier.
