Balance Training for Injury Recovery and Performance
Balance training is about more than maintaining and improving your balance and proprioception. It can also be used as a tool to help recover from injury or improve performance.
We’ve teamed up with Wayne Kitchenerand Leire Ortueta at The Royal Ballet School, to bring you some examples of exercises that can be used to improve your balance as demonstrated by student, Jules Chastre.
This video has obvious applications for dance students, it is also applicable to a wide range of other sports and physical activities so is well worth a look.
