I generally like these cuffs very much as they feel of a very high quality.. I bought two pairs one for arms, the other for legs as the fastening loops etc make changing their sizes a little fiddly on ones own. The nylon type material is a little slippery so the cuffs tend to slip down my thighs as I contract my quadriceps especially of applied over shorts or leggings. Practically, this means they have to be placed onto bare skin and ‘obscenely’ high making them unsuitable for the modesty required in a public gym and hitched up every now and then. They are perfect for the arms, however.
They hold their pressure perfectly, the release valve works well and the sphygmomanometer feels robust and well-made.

Seems pretty well made but not used for long! The instructions are a bit basic in my opinion. llustrations would be of benefit in this area!
