Therapy Balls are wonderful for getting rid of kinks and knots in muscles, this is my second pair as I wore out the old ones I used them so much. They help a lot in stretching out and releasing muscle aches all over the body. They are safe and effective and I wouldn't be without them.

Therapy Balls 6.5cm Set of 2
I bought a set of these for myself. The first time I used them in their bag, on my back (up against the wall, the balls either side of my spine), I thought that this was probably the most pleasure you could have with your clothes on.
I have since bought another set for a friend. They are not cheap but they are good.
