Excellent product, has really helped to lessen my plantar fasciitis.????

All rather hard. Very little difference. Softest was at least as hard as a tennis ball.

My Husband had these from a friend to try out, and ordered for himself.. They are certainly helping his foot problem. They arrived today, after the Holiday period, and look forward to continued use. Many thanks.

Wife has used these and swears by them… By this I’m mean she swears when she uses them.. (in accordance with her physio’s instructions..) so they must be doing some good…

These are all very hard. Not what I hoped at all.

Couldn't distinguish which was the softest

According to the product description the balls should have been soft, medium and hard but I found that there was hardly any difference between them - they were all hard. It’s fine to have one hard ball but I don’t need the other two.

They’re okay

These are great, recommended by my Shiatsu practitioner, have helped to alleviate back pain.

Have tried it on legs and soles of feet only. The rolling movement does help to shift tightly gathered areas of. energetic tension.
